Wes Lail brings a wealth of experience to the Paul Davis team, having dedicated over 36 years to emergency services. His career has spanned roles as a Fire and EMS Chief and an Emergency Management Director, serving communities from Western NC to Morehead City, NC. Now retired from his fire and EMS leadership roles, Wes decided to join Paul Davis to leverage his extensive experience in a new capacity. Upon noticing a new Paul Davis office opening in his neighborhood, he delved into the company’s history and vision and saw an opportunity to make a significant impact. Since joining, Wes has found the Paul Davis Restoration of Triad West, Piedmont & Mountain Region team to be professional and engaging.

Wes is not just a seasoned emergency service professional; he’s also a licensed drone pilot and a North Carolina Real Estate Broker. You’ll find him indulging his passion for sports, especially football and baseball when he’s not at work. Wes has also spent over a decade coaching youth sports, sharing his love for the game with the next generation. Tracy Hall enthusiastically joined Paul Davis as a Marketing Coordinator, drawn to the company’s dynamic environment, growth potential, and family-like atmosphere. Before joining Paul Davis, Josh worked for another restoration company in various roles, including mitigation, estimating, and as a crew chief.

Kathleen Ayala was inspired to join Paul Davis after moving to North Carolina. She was drawn by the company's strong values and commitment to helping others. Working with like-minded individuals who share their passion for service is incredibly rewarding.
With several years of experience in the industry, Kathleen specializes in mitigating, restoration, and reconstruction. She has a solid background in disaster preparedness, response, and recovery, with extensive involvement in multiple commercial and residential property management CAT events. Before joining Paul Davis, Kathleen spent 7 years as a Senior Commercial Project Manager, overseeing all four phases of commercial ground-up construction on global projects in renewable energy, site utilities, and water treatment. Her dedication led her to manage construction and acquisitions for a new market in the Southeastern United States, including renovating and restoring properties damaged by total loss tornadoes. Anthony Bertolo is a seasoned professional with 37 years of experience in remodeling and renovation. His career began in a cabinet-making school in New York, followed by a stint in the Carpenters Union, before moving into renovations and project management. Over the last three years, he has been thriving in the restoration industry, driven by his passion for helping homeowners return their properties to their original state—or even better. Referred to Paul Davis by a former associate who raved about the company’s culture and care for employees, Anthony has found his experience with the team to be exceptional.
