Position: General Manager
Mary Roberts chose to work at Paul Davis because she wanted to be part of an organization that makes a difference rather than just focusing on making money. Her experience with the company has been gratifying. With over seven years of experience in the restoration industry, Mary has dedicated many long nights and early mornings to her work. For her, it is all worth it when a business owner or homeowner can be efficiently restored after experiencing a disaster. Before entering the restoration industry, Mary worked in hospitality management at a major hotel chain. With its strong emphasis on customer experience, this background has helped her encourage her team always to put the customer first.

Fun Fact:
Mary is a huge fan of Abraham Lincoln’s quotes and lives by his wisdom. One of her favorites is, “Determine that the thing can and shall be done, and then we shall find the way.” This quote inspires her to overcome challenges and find solutions daily.

Position: Director of Sales & Marketing
Levon Harris joined Paul Davis because he was inspired by the opportunity to assist customers during their time of need and be a part of the restoration process. His experience with the company has been nothing short of fantastic. With two years of restoration experience, five years of roofing experience, and 25 years of management and sales experience, Levon brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Before joining Paul Davis, Levon worked in roofing and held various management positions, leveraging his extensive background in sales and leadership.

Fun Fact:
Levon is a die-hard NASCAR fan! Growing up in N. Wilkesboro, he spent his childhood watching the great legends of the sport race. His passion for NASCAR runs deep, and he proudly claims the title of the biggest NASCAR fan in the world.

Position: Office Manager
Carol McClain joined Paul Davis because she is passionate about helping others. She has found that the company consistently goes above and beyond to serve customers in their times of need. Although Carol had no prior experience in this industry when she started, she quickly learned a great deal and continues expanding her knowledge daily. Before joining Paul Davis, Carol accumulated 17 years of experience in office management and corporate human resources within the manufacturing sector.

Fun Fact:
Carol often describes herself as an old soul. She has a deep appreciation for the simpler things in life-whether it’s enjoying nature, embracing the classics, or having heartfelt conversations with family and friends. Faith plays a central role in her life, guiding her in her choices and helping her find hope and purpose in everyday moments. She finds joy in the little moments, and she values authenticity and connection over the fast-paced hustle that often dominates modern life. Those moments are truly what life is all about for her. Carol loves exploring thrift shops and finding comfort in timeless traditions. She believes life’s richness comes from the connections we make and the memories we create.

Position: Emergency Response Coordinator (ERC)

Kathy Coble joined Paul Davis driven by her deep desire to help people, a passion that has guided her career choices. Her experience with the company has been incredibly rewarding. Kathy brings extensive expertise to the restoration industry. Before joining Paul Davis, she accumulated eight years of industry experience and twenty years in medical sales.

Fun Fact:
Kathy adores her grandchildren and loves spending as much time as possible with them. She’s also a seasoned traveler, having lived in Alaska and visited all 50 states! Whether exploring new places or making memories with her grandkids, Kathy is always on the move.

Position: Emergency Recovery Coordinator (ERC)
Wes Lail brings a wealth of experience to the Paul Davis team, having dedicated over 36 years to emergency services. His career has spanned roles as a Fire and EMS Chief and an Emergency Management Director, serving communities from Western NC to Morehead City, NC. Now retired from his fire and EMS leadership roles, Wes decided to join Paul Davis to leverage his extensive experience in a new capacity. Upon noticing a new Paul Davis office opening in his neighborhood, he delved into the company’s history and vision and saw an opportunity to make a significant impact. Since joining, Wes has found the Paul Davis Restoration of Triad West, Piedmont & Mountain Region team to be professional and engaging.

Fun Fact:
Wes is not just a seasoned emergency service professional; he’s also a licensed drone pilot and a North Carolina Real Estate Broker. You’ll find him indulging his passion for sports, especially football and baseball when he’s not at work. Wes has also spent over a decade coaching youth sports, sharing his love for the game with the next generation. His diverse interests and dedication to community service make him a dynamic and personable addition to the Paul Davis team.

Position: Marketing Coordinator
Tracy Hall enthusiastically joined Paul Davis as a Marketing Coordinator, drawn to the company’s dynamic environment, growth potential, and family-like atmosphere. Her experience has been nothing short of enriching and invigorating. Despite being new to the restoration industry, Tracy brings a wealth of experience from her diverse background. With 23 years in a major airline, owning her own web design company, and working in roles such as Corporate Event Planner, Account Manager, and Marketing Communications Specialist, she is well-prepared for her role.

Fun Fact:
Tracy is a true adventurer at heart! She loves cruising and finds joy in “Boat Therapy” on the lake when she’s not sailing the seas. Traveling and exploring new destinations are her passions; she embraces every moment as part of life’s grand adventure.

Position: Compliance Supervisor
Dana Slempa joined Paul Davis to assist people in their time of need, and her experience has proven very fulfilling. Since the franchise’s opening in 2022, Dana has acquired extensive knowledge about the industry and continues to expand her expertise daily. Dana has a diverse background as a restaurant manager, real estate agent, and quality analyst at two aerospace companies, so she brings a wealth of experience to her role.

Dana is a fur mommy to Nala, Toby, and Rose and plays the clarinet. Her dedication and varied experiences make her a valuable member of our team.

Position: Estimator
Renee Miller holds the position of Estimator at Paul Davis, drawn by the company’s impressive growth and promising opportunities. With seven years of experience in the restoration industry, Renee has excelled in various roles, including Mitigation Technician, Crew Chief, Sales Estimator, Reconstruction Project Manager, and Estimator. Her diverse background equips her with a comprehensive understanding of the field.

Fun Fact:
Renee is an adventurous spirit who loves traveling and being in nature. She thrives on the thrill of exploring new places and having unique experiences. Whether she’s enjoying time on the water, hiking through scenic trails, discovering hidden gems in museums, or sampling exotic cuisines, Renee is always on the lookout for her next exciting adventure!

Position: Desk Estimator Apprentice

Josh Yelton joined Paul Davis and has had an excellent experience, always maintaining a positive attitude. With over six years in the industry, Josh understands the challenges of balancing work and personal life, especially during on-call periods. Before joining Paul Davis, Josh worked for another restoration company in various roles, including mitigation, estimating, and as a crew chief.

Fun Fact:
Josh is a true outdoor enthusiast! He loves hunting, fishing, and diving into any adventure that gets him out of the house and into the wild. If it involves nature, Josh is all in!

Position: Reconstruction Manager
Kathleen Ayala was inspired to join Paul Davis after moving to North Carolina. She was drawn by the company's strong values and commitment to helping others. Working with like-minded individuals who share their passion for service is incredibly rewarding.

With several years of experience in the industry, Kathleen specializes in mitigating, restoration, and reconstruction. She has a solid background in disaster preparedness, response, and recovery, with extensive involvement in multiple commercial and residential property management CAT events. Before joining Paul Davis, Kathleen spent 7 years as a Senior Commercial Project Manager, overseeing all four phases of commercial ground-up construction on global projects in renewable energy, site utilities, and water treatment. Her dedication led her to manage construction and acquisitions for a new market in the Southeastern United States, including renovating and restoring properties damaged by total loss tornadoes. Kathleen takes immense pride in her work, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standards and guaranteeing client satisfaction.

Fun Fact:
Kathleen loves animals and makes a significant impact on their lives. She currently fosters about 10 cats rescued from horrible living conditions. Helping these animals heal and trust humans again is incredibly rewarding for her. Once they recover from any illnesses and build up their social skills, Kathleen finds them loving forever homes where they will be cherished and well cared for, just as they always deserved.

Position: Reconstruction Project Manager
Abraham Reyes is the Reconstruction Project Manager at Paul Davis Restoration of Triad West, Piedmont & Mountain Region. When exploring new opportunities, what stood out to him about Paul Davis was the company’s strong commitment to innovation and its dedication to fostering an inclusive workplace. Inspired by the company’s vision to positively impact the community, Abraham knew he wanted to be part of that journey. Since joining, he has found the team to be incredibly supportive and has been given opportunities to lead meaningful projects, which have contributed to both his professional and personal growth. Abraham's career in the restoration industry began with a few challenges, but since joining Paul Davis, he has found joy and pride in his work. Putting on his uniform each day is a source of pride, and the family atmosphere within the company is something that constantly keeps a smile on his face.

Abraham is a retired Navy sailor and a passionate Philadelphia Eagles fan. When he’s not overseeing restoration projects, you’ll find him rooting for the "Birds" and breaking down game plays like a true strategist!

Anthony Bertolo
Position: Reconstruction Project Manager
Anthony Bertolo is a seasoned professional with 37 years of experience in remodeling and renovation. His career began in a cabinet-making school in New York, followed by a stint in the Carpenters Union, before moving into renovations and project management. Over the last three years, he has been thriving in the restoration industry, driven by his passion for helping homeowners return their properties to their original state—or even better. Referred to Paul Davis by a former associate who raved about the company’s culture and care for employees, Anthony has found his experience with the team to be exceptional.

Fun Fact: When Anthony isn’t busy restoring homes, you’ll find him working on cars with his son, keeping his 3D printers humming, or enjoying the great outdoors fishing with his family. He’s always up for some hands-on fun and loves spending time with his loved ones!

Position:  Reconstruction Foreman
Sage Estes was inspired to join Paul Davis by a strong desire to help people. His experience at Paul Davis has been positive, and he appreciates working under Jeff Moe’s excellent leadership. Born and raised in construction, Sage brings a lifetime of experience to his role. He finds it refreshing to work for a company that genuinely cares about its employees and their work. Before joining Paul Davis, Sage’s background was firmly rooted in construction, where he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of the industry.

Sage possesses a unique perspective on life, shaped by his contemplation of the slow, continuous, and unstoppable march of time. This profound awareness enriches his character and influences his approach to work and life.

Position: Reconstruction Foreman
Tia Miller’s passion for helping others and making a difference led her to join Paul Davis. Her experience has been wonderful, particularly when she witnesses customers’ happiness and gratitude. Despite not having a background in the restoration industry, Tia eagerly and enthusiastically embraces learning new skills and expanding her knowledge in this field. Before joining Paul Davis, Tia worked in janitorial services, where she honed a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.

Tia is a talented artist who excels at sketching, painting, and airbrushing. She also possesses a passion for singing and music, which infuses her work with creativity and a vibrant spirit.

Position: Contents Manager
Savannah Weaver joined Paul Davis, seeking growth opportunities in the restoration industry. Her experience so far has been very positive. With half a decade of restoration experience, including four years at another restoration company, Savannah brings extensive knowledge and expertise to her role.

Fun Fact:
In her free time, Savannah enjoys working on cars and training dogs. She has a lively household with three dogs, four cats, and a 13-year-old rabbit. When she’s not busy with her pets or cars, you can find her cheering on her favorite local hockey team, the Carolina Thunderbirds. Go, Birds!

 Position: Contents Technician
Chalmus McLeod joined Paul Davis Restoration of Triad West, Piedmont & Mountain Region to explore a new field and quickly found fulfillment in helping people during their most challenging times. Although new to the industry, Chalmus is already enjoying the meaningful work and the company's strong values. With a diverse background that spans construction, driving, and even specialized glass installation, Chalmus brings a versatile skill set to his role as a content technician. His hands-on experience in various trades enables him to tackle a wide range of challenges with confidence and efficiency.

Fun Fact:
When Chalmus isn't at work, you'll find him fully immersed in his favorite role: being a dad to his three girls. Whether they’re off on a trail adventure, building forts in the living room, or enjoying movie marathons, Chalmus is all in. His girls are his world, and he wouldn't have it any other way. The same energy and heart he pours into his job at Paul Davis, he brings to every moment spent with his daughters—making memories that last a lifetime.

Position: Mitigation Project Manager
Zach Willis brings over a decade of hands-on experience as a Mitigation Project Manager at Paul Davis Restoration. With certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), and Xact 1 & 2, he’s a skilled professional who not only knows the ins and outs of the industry but is always eager to share his expertise. Previously, Zach wore many hats, having worked as an electrician, engineer, mechanic, and even in lawn care—all roles that honed his problem-solving abilities and commitment to quality work. Zach joined Paul Davis because he wanted a fresh start and to find a place that reignited his passion for the work. His experience here has been nothing short of incredible, with a supportive team that’s always ready to lend a hand. Zach’s enthusiasm and wealth of industry knowledge make him an invaluable asset to the Paul Davis team.

Zach isn’t just a dedicated project manager; he’s also a devoted dad to seven kids, ages 4 months to 10 years! His family is the center of his world, and he loves nothing more than decorating for every holiday with them. When he’s not working or wrangling kids, you might find him piloting his drone, capturing life from a whole new perspective!

Position: Mitigation Technician
Dean Flowers was inspired to join Paul Davis because of the company’s outreach, community help, and lifestyle, and he has found the experience to be very rewarding. With seven years in the industry, Dean has encountered many obstacles, each teaching him new ways to assist customers. Dean brings a diverse background to his role, having worked in the automotive industry, sales, pool enclosures, lawn care, and operating heavy machinery.

Fun Fact:
Dean loves spending time with his wife, kids, and grandbaby. He also enjoys racing motorcycles, working on his car, and spending time with his horse. He finds sitting on his back deck in the mornings and evenings beautiful and appreciates the different scenery compared to when he lived on Florida’s east coast.

Position: Lead Technician
De’Carlos Williams was inspired to join Paul Davis because of the significant growth opportunities, and his experience has been nothing but great. With over seven years in the industry, De’Carlos is water-certified and trauma-clean-up certified. He is confident in his craft and enjoys helping his fellow neighbors. Before Paul Davis, De’Carlos gained valuable experience working in a janitorial company and a furniture warehouse.

Fun Fact:
De’Carlos is a boxing fan who enjoys watching all the good fights. He shares this passion with his adorable dog, Koko, who loves to watch boxing matches right by his side.

Position: Mitigation Technician
Torrian Barnes was inspired to join Paul Davis by the influence of the first Mitigation Manager he encountered. The manager’s willingness to know him as a person first, not just a technician, motivated Torrian to take his first step into the water mitigation field. Torrian’s experience in the industry has been exceptional since day one. For anyone who takes pride in their work and has a passion for restoration, he firmly believes that Paul Davis offers incredible opportunities. Before joining Paul Davis, Torrian worked for a carpet cleaning company, which sparked his interest in entering the water industry.

Torrian is a busy person with a drive for self-improvement. Outside work, he dedicates time to planning and becoming a better person. He’s learning about the stock market and setting up a vending machine business while maintaining a 24/7 work schedule. Torrian’s dedication and drive make him a dynamic and inspiring individual, always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

Position: Mitigation Technician
Robert Clawges joined Paul Davis Restoration, seeking a place to grow and expand his knowledge in restoration while continuing to do what he enjoys. Since joining, Robert has found the experience to exceed his expectations, providing ample opportunities for personal and professional development. With almost three years in the restoration industry, Robert is certified in water restoration and is eager to obtain certifications in other field areas. His journey in restoration began at his first company, where he worked for two years before moving to North Carolina a year ago to continue his career. Before restoration, Robert gained valuable customer service experience working in fast food and retail, learning the importance of ensuring customer satisfaction.

When Robert isn't working, he loves spending quality time with his son and his better half. They enjoy cozy days at home, park outings, aquarium visits, and family gatherings. And when he's not on daddy duty or adventuring with the family, you'll likely find him with a game controller in hand, battling it out in his favorite video games. Robert's passion for work and commitment to making a difference makes him invaluable to our Paul Davis team. We're thrilled to have him on board and can't wait to see what he will achieve next!

Patrick Danczewski has always excelled in restoration, where his skills truly stand out. With over six years of experience in the industry, Patrick began his career in the fast-paced environment of New York, where quick and efficient work is the norm. His journey brought him to Paul Davis, where he continues to make a significant impact with his dedication and expertise.

Fun Fact:
Outside of work, Patrick is an avid fisherman and hiker. If he's not restoring properties, you can find him reeling in a big catch or exploring the great outdoors—probably planning his next adventure where he can do both!

Position: Mitigation Technician
Cheyenne Wagoner joined Paul Davis Restoration of Triad West, Piedmont & Mountain Region because of the company’s reputation for valuing its employees. She’s already feeling appreciated and supported through proper training. Her journey began in custodial work, and she quickly found her passion in mitigation, enjoying the opportunity to help people through tough times. With prior experience as a water meter technician and survey lead, Cheyenne has worked her way into a fulfilling career where she makes a real difference in people’s lives.

Fun Fact:
Cheyenne is a girl mom through and through! When she’s not busy restoring homes, she’s out chasing her little one through playgrounds, blowing bubbles like it’s a sport, and turning their garden into a family adventure. Her daughter keeps her on her toes, and together they make every day a fun, bubbly, and laughter-filled experience!

Position: Administrative Coordinator
Anusjka Basson recently joined Paul Davis, bringing with her a deep passion for community service and helping people in their time of need. With her background in retail and the financial service industry, Anusjka found that the company’s vision, mission, and core values perfectly align with hers.
